Once I place my order, when will it ship?
We strive to dispatch orders within one business day from order placement (times may vary during promotional periods).
Some order items may be dispatched from our Australian warehouse. If this is the case you will be notified as soon as possible after order placement with estimated shipping timeline.
Business days refer to Monday-Friday with the exception of major Singapore holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not but we are able to receive items from Australia.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Unfortunately we do not post to P.O. boxes. Please provide an alternate shipping address during checkout.

When can I expect my delivery
